1. Returns

Return Period

Eligibility for Return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Incontinence products (adult diapers, underpads, etc.)

  • Opened or used personal care items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at mc.sh@dia-homeware.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and return address

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method


2. Refunds

Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within [5-10] business days.

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or product, please:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within [7] days of delivery. We will:
